Great, clean room. Nice bathroom and shower. The pool was only a few feet from my door. Easy and quick check in. August 2025 and they're building tram tracks outside on the highway at night but I barely heard a thing. Pretty quiet. Good experience. I'll stay there again.

Blue Heron didn't disappoint. We loved our close proximity to beach, Nobby's beach shops, Miami & Mermaid shops & cafes. The rooms are clean, comfy beds, staff helpful, the free bikes amazing.. We stayed for 4 days and will be back. Poke Poke & Bam Bam Bakehouse is a must visit too.

Really enjoyed my stay. Francs JR pizza is a short walk and an excellent place. Motel is just 5min walk to the beach, amazing sunrises. The rooms come well equipped with kitchen utensils including toaster kettle, cutlery - all are Clean. Air Con/Heating works great. Shower works well and pumps out hot water when needed. The rooms and bathroom are well. Reception only operates between 2pm and 5pm but there are early check in and late check out boxes. They notifiy you via your booking agency or email how to check in out of hours. There is a pool - the staff are maintaing and cleaning everyday.

Good, clean rooms, I slept well! Rooms are equipped with fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine with coffee pods, tea bags, biscuits.. ironing board with iron. All clean and recommend staying - Thank you!

This has been a lovely surprise. We were looking for a place near the new hospital. The rooms are very well done and perfect for both human and family puppy to enjoy.

One of the very few places we could find that accommodated our family of 5 without charging through the nose. Close to cafes for brekki (J's Lunchette makes incredible coffee!), short walk to swimming beach... kids loved the pool even though it was raining 👌🙌

I highly recommend this motel. The room had aircon, was clean, quiet and well stocked. The bed was comfortable, the location was perfect and the check in process was easy. Absolutely great value, I’d be staying here again.

Very friendly check-in at reception. Hotel was clean and accommodations were comfortable. Awesome water pressure in the shower! Appreciated the proximity to groceries, etc. Walk to beach is super easy. If ambitious, its possible to walk all the way to Surfers Paradise. We didn’t, but plenty of places to pick up a Lime bike for a quick way to get back.
